Well-respected among other Rhode Island plastic surgeons, Dr. Lori Polacek has been performing plastic
surgery since 1992. With a keen eye for detail and a kind and compassionate demeanor, her skill and
strong rapport with her patients have resulted in a high rate of return patients and numerous patient-
to-patient referrals. To meet the needs of her patients, she offers a comprehensive set of procedures for

Dr. Polacek's years of experience performing plastic surgery began with an excellent education. Her
education and training accomplishments include:
- Graduating from Boston University School of Medicine with her M.D.
- Completing an internship in Surgery at Boston University Medical Center
- Completing a residency in General Surgery, Boston University Medical Center
- Completing a residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Lahey Clinic Medical Center
After completing her training, she earned board certification from the American Board of Plastic Surgery
and is a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Plastic
Surgeons, the Rhode Island Medical Society, and the Rhode Island Medical Women's Association.
