About Dr. Porterfield Board Certified since 1990, Dr. Garland Porterfield is a highly educated and accomplished surgeon. Dr. Porterfield earned his medical degree at the University of Texas at Galveston. After which, Dr. Porterfield completed further training as a resident in general and plastic surgery at University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Oklahoma City, where he is currently also a clinical instructor teaching procedures to other doctors. Dr. Porterfield's passion is to help patients transform their dream look into a beautiful reality.
