Dr. Howard Silverman is a board-certified plastic surgeon who has been practicing in Ottawa since 1999.

Dr. Silverman earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Toronto and went on to
complete an internship in surgery at the Toronto Hospital. He completed his residency in general
surgery at Yale University and his residency in plastic surgery at Albany Medical College in New York.
During both of his residencies, Dr. Silverman was named Chief Resident.
