Dr. Constantine Kitsos is a highly-educated, board-certified, Fort Lauderdale and Miami plastic surgeon. He has over thirty years experience in his field, connecting with his patients to create beautiful results. Dr. Kitsos offers a variety of plastic surgery procedures with great potential to impact how men and women in Miami see themselves, including breast augmentation, abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), facelift and liposuction. The mission of Dr. Kitsos and the South Florida Center for Cosmetic Surgery in Fort Lauderdale and Miami is to, "provide a warm and friendly environment for men and women considering cosmetic surgery to make safe, informed decisions about a wide range of affordable cosmetic procedures that will enhance their appearance."

The Center is the largest of its kind in South Florida. Each patient enjoys the expertise of a personal consultant who helps with information exchange, goal setting, payment options and more. Dr. Kitsos was attracted to plastic surgery because of the meticulousness of the work and because he wanted to work with the special kinds of men and women who want to take action to make a real, lasting difference in not only how they look, but how they live.

Dr. Kitsos began his higher education at the University of Washington in Seattle, where he was awarded a Bachelor of Arts. He proceeded to earn his M.D. degree from the same university. He performed his general surgical residency at the University of Miami's Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Kitsos then performed his plastic surgery residency at Loyola University in Illinois, before serving as a Captain in the Medical Corps of the U.S. Army.

In 1973, Dr. Kitsos entered private practice in Miami Shores, Florida. Now in his fourth decade of helping patients to look and feel their best, Dr. Kitsos believes his professional success and personal satisfaction is firmly rooted in creating an environment that fosters a sincere, open dialogue with patients about plastic surgery. Fort Lauderdale and Miami area men and women, “should feel comfortable about sharing their goals and confident that their doctor is not only experienced but is willing to offer honest, impartial, expert advice based on years of experience.”

Certified by both the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Kitsos is also a Diplomate of the American Board of National Examiners, holds membership in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and served as Chief of Staff at both Miami's Highland Park General Hospital and North Shore Medical Center.

Dr. Kitsos and his colleagues at the South Florida Center for Cosmetic Surgery offer Fort Lauderdale and Miami plastic surgery patients a wide range of state-of-the-art procedures including breast enlargement, liposuction, facelift, eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty and many more. The Center performs as many procedures as a small hospital – about 3,000 each year. With patient safety the top priority, the Center's management team works with an independent quality control consultant to create the best possible environment for surgery, earning a commendation during its last inspection by the State of Florida examiner.

The South Florida Center for Cosmetic Surgery's Fort Lauderdale office is on Middle River Drive; its Miami office is conveniently located on NE 2nd Avenue. The Center offers an extended range of medical spa services to complement the surgical menu. Over two dozen services are available from lasers for skin rejuvenation and hair removal to injectable treatments and many more.

Wendell C. Perry, Operating Surgeon, received his undergraduate degree from Howard University and his M.D. from Howard University. Dr. Perry served his general residency and internship between 1990 and 1995 at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C., where he received the "Resident of the Year Award" and was a member of the Surgical Education Committee. Dr. Perry then spent two years at the University of Southern California, Division of Plastic and Reconstructive surgery on a burn fellowship. Subsequently he completed his residency at the University of Miami Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Perry has served as an instructor at Howard University, Medical Officer for Kaiser Permanente, and been in private practice in the state of Florida for six years.

Dr. Perry is a member of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Inc., a Candidate for the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and a member of the Florida Society of Plastic Surgeons and the National Medical Society.

Dr. Jon Harrell has retained a lifelong passion to help others reach their potential. This passion can be seen in the work that he performs, in his teaching of other surgeons, and in his dedication to stay ahead of the power curve with the most up to date knowledge of new technologies and new procedures. Dr. Harrell is a student of science and the human form and uses his skill, knowledge and over twenty years of experience to create happiness for his patients. He enjoys meeting with people who are interested in cosmetic surgery and helping them to understand how procedures that he performs can realistically improve their appearance. Dr. Harrell brings much to the table. He is doubly Board Certified, having achieved certification in both Plastic Surgery and Otolaryngology and his surgical training has encompassed more than seven years of working under some of the finest surgeons in the country. Dr. Harrell excels in facial plastic surgery, restorative and enhancing procedures, as well as the many "body-contouring" procedures available today.

Dr. Harrell received his B. A. degree from George Williams College in Downers Grove, Illinois and subsequently earned his D. O. degree from the Chicago College of Medicine. He served his internship at Brooke Army Medical Center and his residency at Walter Reed Army Hospital. After completing his training he became a staff surgeon at the 5th General Hospital in Stuttgart Germany and subsequently at Tripler Army Hospital in Honolulu. He also was Chief of Plastic Surgery at the renowned Beverly Hills Surgical Institute.

Dr. Harrell holds memberships in a variety of prestigious organizations including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the American College of Surgeons and is enrolled in a number of other state and national societies. His passion for plastic surgery extends beyond the operating room and Dr. Harrell has remained active in the training of new residents and fellows. He accomplishes this in his role as Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale.

Dr. Harrell's passion and expertise have carried him into the media world as well. He has been featured on numerous radio and television shows where he has explained the benefits of cosmetic surgery and answered questions from viewers and audiences. He has also been active in the wider medical community serving on the Osteopathic Board of Hawaii and on the Board of Governors for the Honolulu County Medical Society.

He is a firm believer in continuous medical education and remains current in the latest proven advances in aesthetic surgery, including minimally invasive procedures, laser based therapies and other leading edge techniques of tomorrow. This is achieved thru extensive research and reading, his University association, as well as attending aesthetic conferences on an annual basis.

Dr. Harrell resides in the Fort Lauderdale area with his wife and four children. Some of his many outside interests include watersports, skiing, traveling and cooking. He is delighted and privileged to offer his services and expertise to help his patients achieve their goals.
