Dr. Terry Cromwell has been a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon since 1975. After serving two years in the Navy as General Medical Officer, then completing four years of General Surgery Residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit and concluding his medical training with another two years of a plastic surgery residency at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Dr. Cromwell earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati Medical School.

Dr. Cromwell has been the past president of both the Louisiana Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the Lafayette Parish Medical Society. He also belongs to numerous associations and societies ranging from: the American College of Surgeons of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the Louisiana Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the Louisiana State Medical Society, and the Lafayette Parish Medical Society. For many years, Dr Cromwell has been involved in providing health care to those unable to afford it. In 1997 he was named "Humanitarian of the Year" by the Louisiana Medical Society; in 1999 he received the "Public Citizen of the Year" Award from the National Association of Social Workers, Lafayette Region.
Dr. Terry Cromwell is a caring and dedicated surgeon who takes the time with his patients to find out their cosmetic wants. He continues to strive for natural and beautiful results.
