At The Medical College of Hampton Roads (Norfolk, VA), Dr. Dascombe earned his medical degree and graduated in the top 15% of his class. Dr. Dascombe completed his three-year plastic surgery residency at the University of Pittsburgh and completed plastic surgery fellowships abroad, in Austria, France, and Belgium. Dr. Dascombe has earned numerous awards in the fields of general surgery and plastic surgery, including: The Robert H. Ivy Award for Plastic Surgery (1994), The American College of Surgeons Award (1992); and The Roche Basic Science Award (1990).
Dr. Dascombe has a wealth of surgical experience; in the past 12 years he has performed over 15,000 surgical procedures.
