With more than 21 years of medical training, Dr. Donald R. Nunn has earned a rightful place among the most accomplished plastic surgeons in the United States.
Dr. Nunn's post graduate education began in the field of dentistry. After receiving his doctor of dental surgery from the Medical College of Virginia, Dr. Nunn returned to his home state to complete a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of North Carolina. |
After 8 years of successful private practice, Dr. Nunn decided to broaden his expertise with a medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia and two additional residencies. Dr. Nunn's first residency was in otolaryngology/head and neck surgery with an emphasis on head and neck oncology and reconstruction which qualified him for a much wider spectrum of work. Dr. Nunn's second residency, at the elite Department of Plastic Surgery at University of California, Los Angeles, placed him alongside some of the most renowned plastic surgeons in the world, many of which had private practices in Beverly Hills.
Dr. Nunn's hard work was rewarded with an aesthetic surgery fellowship at the prestigious Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat hospital in New York City where he worked with many well known Park Avenue plastic surgeons at one of the busiest cosmetic facilities in the country.
Dr. Nunn now practices in Atlanta, Georgia and has the distinction of being the only doctor in the United States who is triple-board certified in Plastic Surgery, Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery, and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Because of his extensive knowledge and treatment of both hard and soft tissues, Dr. Nunn is capable of performing a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive facial surgeries, as well as breast and total body aesthetic surgery. Dr. Greg Mackay is a well trained, experienced plastic surgeon who specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery for adults and children. He received his B.A. from Vanderbilt University and his M.D. from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston South Carolina. After completing residency training in both General Surgery and Plastic Surgery from Emory University, Dr. Mackay underwent additional fellowship training in pediatric and adult craniofacial surgery and aesthetic surgery of the facial skeleton at the University of Pennsylvania and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. |
Certified by both the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Mackay is experienced in all aspects of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Prior to entering private practice, Dr. Mackay held full time faculty teaching appointments as an assistant Professor in the Division of Plastic Surgery with the Mayo Clinic and Emory University School of Medicine. During his tenure with the Mayo Clinic, Dr. Mackay was the director of the aesthetic and reconstructive fellowship program. As a faculty member with the Emory Clinic, Dr. Mackay was the director of the Craniofacial program and Chief of Plastic Surgery at Childrens Healthcare of Atlanta- Egleston.
Dr. Mackay has published numerous scientific articles and book chapters. He has been an invited and guest speaker both nationally and internationally. His clinical research in endoscopic minimal incision browlift earned him an outstanding achievement award from the Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. From GA-400 (North or South)
Take Glenridge Connector, exit 3, (if going South) or exit 4A (if going North) and turn right.
Go through traffic lights until road dead ends into Peachtree Dunwoody Road.
Turn left onto Peachtree Dunwoody Road.
Go through next light which is Johnson Ferry Road
Pass under walkway/bridge for St. Joseph's Hospital, turn Right at next light for the entrance into 5673 Saint Josephs and MARTA.
Once you turn, stay veered to the right; this will take you into the parking garage.
Once into the parking garage, stay to the left for the elevator entrance into 5673 Building.

From East Atlanta
Take I-285 West to Exit 28, Peachtree Dunwoody Rd, stay in left lane.
Turn Left onto Peachtree Dunwoody Road.
At third light, turn Left into the entrance for 5673 Saint Josephs and MARTA.
Stay veered to the right, as this will take you into the parking garage.
Once into the parking garage, stay to the left for the elevator entrance into 5673 Building.

Take I-285 East to Exit 26, Glenridge Connector, exit to your right following signs to Peachtree Dunwoody Road.
Stay straight through all (five) lights until road dead ends, turn Left onto Peachtree Dunwoody Road.
