Dr. Bernabe Vazquez has been in practice at the same location since 1988. Dr. Vazquez is board certified and has performed thousands of plastic surgery procedures. He is a member of The American Society of Plastic Surgeons as well as the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon and a fellow of the prestigious American College of Surgeons. He is past president of the Miami Society of Plastic Surgeons and past chairman of the Division of Plastic Surgery at Mercy Hospital.

A long time resident of Miami, Dr. Vazquez graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in chemistry and attended medical school at UAG in Mexico. He then completed a five year general surgery residency before finishing his plastic surgery residency at the Medical College of Georgia. This was followed by fellowships in cosmetic surgery in Miami and Rio de Janeiro with world renowned plastic surgeons. In addition to a very complete educational process, the experience of over two decades of performing plastic surgery is what has matured Dr. Vazquez's ability as a surgeon.
